I am a licensed mental health counselor serving clients in Iowa, Texas, and Oregon. My practice centers on compassionate, evidence-based trauma therapy for individuals navigating the lasting impact of childhood, adult, familial, or combat-related experiences. I am currently completing my doctorate in trauma counseling, where my research is focusing on preventing suicide among rural veterans.

My background includes military service in the U.S. Navy. I bring both professional and lived-experience to my work. This helps me connect deeply with clients who’ve faced trauma, transition, or service-related stress. In therapy, I draw on evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, inner child work, and mindfulness, customized to your goals and pace. Together, we’ll focus on healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

Please feel free to contact me to discuss how I can support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
